All products sold by Excalibur Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you will not use any products for human consumption, veterinary purposes, or any therapeutic application.
Buyer certifies that all products are purchased for bona fide laboratory research purposes only and will not be used for human consumption, injection, or any therapeutic purpose. No refunds on opened or reconstituted vials. Age 21+ required. U.S. federal law governs all sales.
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All purchasers must confirm they are 21 years of age or older. This verification is required at site entry and may be required again at checkout. Falsifying age verification is a violation of these Terms.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors. Payment is due at the time of order placement.
We strive to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination. Excalibur Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. No refunds on opened or reconstituted vials. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us at info@excaliburpeptides.com with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Excalibur Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Charges from Excalibur Peptides will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "Excalibur Peptides". If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank.
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
