Mechanism of action

The KLOW Blend is a lyophilized multi-peptide preparation combining four research compounds: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV. Each component has a distinct molecular identity — a 15-residue synthetic peptide, a Thymosin Beta-4-related peptide, a copper-binding tripeptide and the Lys-Pro-Val tripeptide — and each has been examined separately in published in-vitro and animal research.

Research observations

  • Four research compounds with distinct molecular targets in one lyophilized vial
  • GHK-Cu component: copper(II) coordination chemistry characterized in the literature
  • KPV component: tripeptide uptake via the PepT1 transporter examined in epithelial cell models
  • BPC-157 and TB-500 components: signaling and actin-binding biology examined in published research
  • Components can be resolved and identified by HPLC and mass spectrometry

Frequently asked questions.

What is KLOW Blend?

The KLOW Blend is a lyophilized preparation of four research compounds in one sealed vial: GHK-Cu (50 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), TB-500 (10 mg) and KPV (10 mg). KPV is sold only as part of this blend, not on its own.

Where can I buy KLOW Blend for research?

Excalibur Peptides sells KLOW Blend on this page as a 10/10/10/50mg vial of lyophilized powder, for in-vitro laboratory research only. Orders ship from Austin, Texas, to addresses within the United States, and the product's third-party Certificate of Analysis is published in our COA database. Buyers must be 21 or older and confirm research-use-only status at checkout.

How is KLOW Blend tested, and where is its COA?

KLOW Blend is third-party tested by Freedom Diagnostics Testing: purity by HPLC and identity by LC-MS. The Certificate of Analysis is published in our COA database, and the report can be looked up on the lab's own site with search code Exca2610050649.

How should KLOW Blend be stored in the lab?

Keep lyophilized KLOW Blend sealed at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture, as listed on this page. Let the vial reach room temperature before opening so moisture does not condense on the powder, and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

How fast does KLOW Blend ship?

KLOW Blend ships from Austin, Texas. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day ship the same day, and delivery within the United States typically takes 2–4 business days. A tracking number is emailed when the order ships.

What payment methods can I use to buy KLOW Blend?

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App and cryptocurrency. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Is KLOW Blend approved by the FDA?

No. The KLOW Blend supplied by Excalibur Peptides is not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use. It is sold only for in-vitro laboratory research and identification purposes and is not for human consumption.
