Excalibur Peptides operates an SMS messaging program (the "Program") to send transactional and promotional text messages to subscribers who have opted in. Messages may include order confirmations, shipping updates, restock alerts, product launches, and promotional offers.
You can opt in to the Program by submitting your mobile phone number through our website signup form and checking the SMS opt-in box, which contains the following consent language:
"By checking this box, I consent to receive recurring autodialed marketing text messages from Excalibur Peptides at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive up to 8 messages per month, depending on your activity and current promotions.

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send. After you send the message, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We respect your privacy. Information collected through the Program will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued enrollment in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
